This week we weren't in class much, but it was great to go on our field trip to Emma! Our class went and saw Emma by Jane Austin at the Old Globe for our romantic comedy studies. It was incredibly entertaining, and I recommend it as a musical. I also continued to read the Singularity, and am finding it more confusing, but even more interesting.

  1. I loved the play. How do you think it relates to what we are about to learn when it comes to romantic comedy?

  3. I wonder whether it will be considered for Broadway...
It really is incredible but as a few people mentioned it might have been made even better if there was a larger orchestra. If the orchestra was small just for the student matinee, then my humble opinion is that it is much better than a few of the shows on Broadway right now.

  4. The play was very nice, I liked it a lot. The singularity is extremely confusing, it's a pain to get through.
