We mainly focused on beowulf this week, and finished the story. We also answered a lot of questions about the reading, and analyzed its definition of heroes, as well as watching a short clip of the movie and how the director portrayed grendel.
I agree with Gustavo, the portrayal was definitely not what I thought it would be at all. It was interesting. I pictured him hairier and less...mucus-y?
I really enjoyed how the directory portrayed Grendel, it's not what I would have thought of at all.
